About our Coffee
All our coffees are roasted by us in our workshop, from arabica of excellent origins (only the Italian Mix Roma contains a small proportion of Robusta).
Our favorite roasting rate is rather clear, never exceeding the “monk’s dress” stage, in order to preserve as much as possible the aromas and flavors characteristic of each origin, while avoiding an unreasonable bitterness: one must be able to drink a good coffee without Sugar and without making a grimace!
Coffee can be ordered in grains, if you have a grinder. Failing this, a drop-down menu will allow you to choose the degree of grinding corresponding to your preparation method, from the finest (coffee to Turkish) to the biggest (piston coffee). Coffee is ground only just before shipping.
